The end of the job payment is secured on day one!
Your customer makes the 10% completion payment before work starts, and it's held in escrow until handover, so the money for the end of the job is committed before you lift a tool.
Every milestone payment is released by the consumer as you complete it, paid by Open Banking, with nothing deducted.
If a customer won’t pay
Escalate the job to the independent Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. The decision is free and it's binding on the consumer. No dispute fees, no legal fees, and your name and your reviews stay out of it.
