What is Trusted Payments and how does it help my trade business?
Trusted Payments is an end-to-end platform that combines project management, guaranteed payments, professional contracts, and dispute resolution. We help you focus on quality work while ensuring you get paid on time and your reputation is protected.
How do guaranteed payments work?
Your customer makes the 10% Completion Payment before work starts, and the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman holds it until handover. Every other milestone is released by your customer as you complete it, and reaches you at 18:00 the next day.
What happens if a customer disputes my work?
The Ombudsman makes an independent binding decision to resolve disputes professionally. This protects your reputation, ensures you're treated fairly throughout the process and helps with non payment for no charge.
